Today, the Whitecaps announced the signing of Chilean midfield Designated Player Pedro Morales from Spanish side Málaga CF. He immediately began training with his new teammates at Thunderbird Stadium, although he was eased in gently.
He ran laps with strength and conditioning coach Jon Poli, practiced with the ball, and looked on as his teammates played a series of quarter pitch matches.
Jay DeMerit and Mehdi Ballouchy worked extensively on the sidelines with physiotherapist Graeme Poole.
